There are many ways to make your days more productive and efficient. A really popular way was invented by the 34th President of the United State Dwight D. Eisenhower. We call it the Eisenhower Matrix (pictured below).

With this method you can develop the distinction between what is  important and what is urgent. Whenever you are presented with a task you must decide where it lands on this model. Just because something is urgent doesn’t mean that it is important.
